4. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

1. Provide Accurate Information: Supply truthful and accurate business information
2. Grant Access: Provide necessary access to your GMB account for optimization
3. Timely Communication: Respond to our requests within 48 hours when possible
4. Legal Compliance: Ensure your business operates legally and ethically
5. Content Approval: Review and approve content within agreed timeframes
6. Maintain Eligibility: Keep your business eligible for GMB listings per Google's guidelines

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

• Free Audit: No charge, limited availability
• Optimization Services: Prices vary based on package selected
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5.2 Billing

• Services are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Bank transfer
• Late payments may result in service suspension

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 30 days of initial payment
• Client has provided all requested information and access
• No violations of these Terms have occurred
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

6. Service Guarantees and Disclaimers

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Share our proprietary methods with competitors
• Reverse engineer our optimization techniques

7.2 Your Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all your business information, content, and materials. By using our service, you grant us a license to:

8. Confidentiality

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

9.2 Termination by Company

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Payment is overdue by more than 30 days
• You violate these Terms or Google's guidelines
• You provide false or misleading information
• You engage in illegal or unethical business practices

9.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• Access to our services immediately ceases
• No refunds for partial months of service
• We'll provide a final report of work completed
• You maintain ownership of your GMB listing and content

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for lost profits or business opportunities
• We are not liable for Google algorithm changes or policy updates

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MapBoost Pro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• False or misleading information you provide
• Your business operations or practices
• Content you provide for optimization

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us to attempt resolution.

12.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for:

• Confidentiality breaches

13. General Provisions
